Any kind of ministry

Churches, ministries, Christian schools, nonprofits, and workplace fellowships. Tell us what you are and Inspyrd speaks your language.

02

Any size

Set up for a congregation of under a hundred or over two thousand. The tools are the same; you grow into them.

03

Private by default

A new space is private and visible only to the people you bring in. Your church stays your church.

What's in Pro

Tools for the people who hold a church together.

Six pieces that work together so your staff, your leaders, and your members each have what they need. Each one is marked, so you know exactly where it stands.

A home of your own

Your church's space, with your name on the door.

Create a space for your church or ministry with its own name, logo, and accent color. Choose what kind of community you are, from a local church to a Christian school. Members who also belong to a school or ministry keep one Inspyrd account and switch between communities in a tap.

Why it matters

Your people open the app and see their church, not a generic feed. And the family that belongs to three communities never needs three logins.

  • Name, logo, and accent color
  • Church, ministry, school, nonprofit, or workplace
  • Private by default
  • One account, many communities

Invite everyone with one link

From the bulletin to the group text in seconds.

Every church gets its own invite link. Put it in the bulletin, on the screen before service, or in a text to a family you met on Sunday. When they tap it, they can set up an account and land right in your church on Inspyrd. You can also invite someone personally by email or text.

Why it matters

Saying yes to something new is easier when the first step is simple. One link means anyone can join you in a moment.

  • One link for your whole church
  • Share it anywhere your people are
  • Personal invites by email or text
  • New members land in your church

Roles that match how you lead

The right keys for the right people.

Four simple roles. One owner holds the keys and appoints admins. Admins look after members, invites, and settings. Group leaders run their own groups without access to everything else. Everyone else simply belongs. Permissions are enforced by Inspyrd itself, not just hidden behind a button.

Why it matters

Your church office can manage the roster without handing every volunteer the master key, and the owner can never be locked out.

  • Owner, Admin, Group Leader, Member
  • Only the owner appoints admins
  • Leaders manage their own groups
  • The owner can't be removed

Pray together as one church

Bear one another's burdens, all week.

A prayer channel for your whole congregation. Members share requests, tap Praying so someone knows they're covered, and mark a request answered with a short testimony so the whole church can rejoice. Requests can be posted anonymously, and anything that doesn't belong can be flagged for review.

Why it matters

Prayer is the heartbeat of a church. The needs that surface on Sunday shouldn't go quiet by Tuesday.

  • Church-wide prayer channel
  • Post anonymously
  • Let people know you're praying
  • Answered prayers and testimonies
  • Flag a post for review

Groups for every gathering

Disciple groups, Bible studies, and everything in between.

Set up groups for discipleship, Bible study, prayer, or fellowship, each with its own leaders and its own conversation. Keep a group open to anyone in your church, make it private, or cap its size so it stays small enough to know one another.

Why it matters

Real discipleship happens in small circles. Groups give each one a place to keep meeting between meetings.

  • Disciple, Bible study, prayer, and fellowship
  • Open or private
  • Optional size limit
  • Leaders manage their members
  • A chat for every group

Conversation that stays in the church

Channels, group chats, and direct messages in one place.

Church-wide channels for everyone, group chats for teams and studies, and direct messages for the one-on-one moments. Replies stay in threads so a busy channel is easy to follow, and members can share links right into the conversation.

Why it matters

Your church family stops scattering across group texts, social media, and long email chains.

  • Church-wide channels
  • Group chats
  • Direct messages
  • Threaded replies
  • Share links into any chat

Questions

Good questions, straight answers.

What is Inspyrd Pro?

Pro is the side of Inspyrd built for churches and ministries. It gives your community a private space of its own, with an invite link, roles for your staff and leaders, a church-wide prayer channel, groups, and channels. Your members use the same Inspyrd app they'd use on their own.

Is Pro available now?

Not yet. Inspyrd hasn't launched. On this page, "Available at launch" means the feature is ready for day one, "Coming soon" means we're actively building it, and "Coming later" means it's planned for after that. Request early access and we'll keep you posted as launch gets closer.

How much will it cost?

We haven't announced pricing yet. Request early access and we'll share the details with you when they're ready.

Do our members need anything special?

No. Members create their own Inspyrd account and join your church through your invite link or a personal invite. If they also belong to a school or ministry on Inspyrd, they can switch between communities without a second account.

Is Pro only for churches?

No. Pro is built for any Christian community: churches, para-church ministries, Christian schools, faith-based nonprofits, and workplace fellowships.

Who can see our church's space?

Only the people you bring in. A new space is private, so it isn't visible to anyone outside your community.

Does Inspyrd replace our church management software?

No. Inspyrd is built for fellowship, prayer, and discipleship between Sundays, not for check-in, scheduling, or accounting. It's designed to sit alongside the tools you already use, and importing members from them is coming later.
