This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at getinspyrd.com (the “Site”), sign up for our waitlist or newsletter, use our contact form, or interact with our services in any way.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:

  • Waitlist & Newsletter Signups: Your email address when you join our waitlist or subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Contact Form Submissions: Your name, email address, organization name (optional), inquiry type, and message content when you use our contact form.
  • Blog CMS Authentication: Login credentials for authorized content administrators only.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device & Browser Data: Browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, referring URLs, and navigation paths through the Site.

We will never use your email address for purposes other than what you signed up for. Waitlist subscribers receive waitlist updates. Newsletter subscribers receive newsletter content. We do not cross-pollinate these lists without your explicit consent.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate the Site. Each service processes data on our behalf and is bound by their own privacy policies:

Data Sharing & Selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Period.

We only share your information with the third-party service providers listed above, and only to the extent necessary to operate the Site and deliver the services you've requested.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

  • Essential Cookies: We use a single essential cookie to remember your cookie consent preference. This cookie does not track you and is not shared with any third party.

  • Email subscriptions: We retain your email address in Mailchimp until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Contact form submissions: Message content is delivered via email and not stored in a database. It is retained only in the recipient's email inbox.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings (14 months) and is anonymized.
  • Server logs: Hosting platform logs are retained according to Vercel's standard retention policies.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers
  • Environment variable encryption for API keys and secrets (managed via Doppler)
  • Rate limiting on all form submission endpoints to prevent abuse
  • Honeypot fields on contact forms to prevent automated spam
  • Authentication protection for administrative content management areas

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.
