Introducing Inspyrd: A New Home for Your Faith Community

Meet Inspyrd

We've been talking about it for a while. Today, we're excited to officially introduce what we're building: Inspyrd, a mobile-first community app made specifically for churches and Christian organizations. It's coming soon to iOS and Android.

Inspyrd won't be another social media platform with a faith skin on it. It's not a business tool repurposed for church use. It's a purpose-built digital home for your faith community — designed from the first line of code to serve the unique needs of churches, ministries, and the believers who love them.

Why We're Building This

The idea for Inspyrd started with a simple observation: churches are using tools that weren't designed for them.

Facebook groups that bury your prayer requests under ads and political debates. Email blasts that nobody opens. Group texts that devolve into chaos. A dozen different apps for Bible reading, giving, events, and communication — none of them talking to each other.

Meanwhile, the thing churches actually need — a single, beautiful, distraction-free space where their community can connect every day — didn't exist.

So we're building it.

What We're Building

Bible

A full-featured Bible reader with multiple translations, search, bookmarks, highlights, and the ability to share verses directly with your community. Your Bible and your church in the same place.

Messenger

Slack-style group messaging designed for church life. Channels for ministries, small groups, and announcements. Threaded conversations that stay organized. Real-time notifications that keep everyone connected without the chaos of group texts.

Devotionals

Daily devotionals that your whole church can do together. Church leaders will be able to create devotionals for their congregation, and members will be able to contribute reflections. Start each day rooted in the Word — together.

Sermons

Audio and video sermons with accompanying notes. Members will be able to revisit messages anytime, take personal notes, and share highlights. Your pastor's words, always accessible.

Disciple Groups

Structured small groups with dedicated chat, shared resources, and group-specific features. Whether it's a Bible study, accountability group, or mentorship program, Disciple Groups are designed to give your community the tools to go deeper.

Prayer Channel

A sacred space where your community shares prayer requests and prays for one another. See prayers being lifted up. Celebrate answered prayers. Because community is strongest on its knees.

Built Different

A few principles guide how we're building Inspyrd:

One app, everything your church needs. No more juggling five different platforms. Bible, messaging, devotionals, sermons, groups, and prayer — all under one roof.

Organization-first design. Inspyrd is built for churches and Christian organizations. Each church will get its own private space, and members will be able to belong to multiple organizations (just like Slack workspaces, but for faith).

Distraction-free. No ads. No algorithmic feeds. No competing content. When your members open Inspyrd, they'll see their church community — nothing else.

Beautiful and simple. We're obsessing over making Inspyrd intuitive enough for your least tech-savvy member and beautiful enough for your most design-conscious one. If you can use a smartphone, you'll be able to use Inspyrd.

Privacy-first. Your community's prayers, conversations, and personal reflections are private. We won't sell data. We won't serve ads. Your church's digital home is sacred space.

For Everyone

When Inspyrd launches on iOS and Android, it will be open to anyone. You won't need to belong to a church to use it — if you're a Christian looking to grow in your faith, Inspyrd is for you. You'll be able to read the Bible, follow devotionals, and build your own prayer life right from the app.

For Churches and Organizations

If you lead a church, ministry, or faith-based organization, Inspyrd is being built to give you even more:

• A branded digital home for your community
• Tools to communicate, disciple, and shepherd your people
• Insights into engagement and community health
• A simple way to onboard new members
• Everything in one place — finally

Members will be able to join your organization within Inspyrd and access everything your church offers — while also keeping their personal faith tools in the same app.
