- Two-minute journal: "What did God say to me today? What will I do about it?"
Reflection transforms passive reading into active engagement. It's the difference between eating a meal and actually tasting it.
Bring Someone Along
This is the single biggest factor in whether a devotional habit sticks. When you're doing it with someone — a spouse, a friend, a small group — everything changes.
